Bachelor’s degree program: Management and Administration (4 years)
Master’s degree program: Management and Administration (1.5 years)
The bachelor's and master's programs are individually tailored to each student, owing to small groups and a convenient schedule; combining development of social skills with basic professional training; a practical approach.
The following disciplines are taught at the department: Management, Project Management, Personnel Management, Administrative Management, Innovation Management, Investment Management, Strategic Management, Corporate Management, Managerial Decision-Making , Economics and finance of the enterprise , Management accounting and audit, Theory of economic analysis , Economic risks , E-commerce, Statistics, Marketing.
Students also gain knowledge of mathematics, social sciences, the humanities and law. Particular attention is paid to mastering innovative technologies, computer and psychological training of future managers.
With the purpose of developing international student mobility and improving the quality of education, a Dual Diploma project was started in 2012. Within the framework of this project, KhSAC students have the opportunity to earn a degree in Business Administration at Kharkiv Academy of Culture and at the Swiss Montre Business School (Switzerland).
