Formation of topics of fundamental and applied scientific research, scientific, creative and artistic developments in the KhDAK is carried out in accordance with the Resolution of the CMU "On approval of the list of priority thematic areas of scientific research and scientific and technical developments for the period until 2020" from September 7, 2011 No. 942 and taking into account current scientific directions in the field of development of science, cultural and social life, approved by the current orders and resolutions of the Ministry of Culture and Information Policy.
