PSYCHOLOGICAL SUPPORT FOR APPLICANTS FOR HIGHER EDUCATION, TEACHERS AND WORKERS

Practical psychologist and teaching staff of the Department of Psychology, Pedagogy and Philology of KhSAC provides psychological support to applicants for higher education, teachers and employees of the Kharkov State Academy of Culture.

Psychological support is provided in the form of an individual (pair - for a couple) consultation (direct conversation or by means of communication).

Psychological counseling is a form of providing psychological assistance (support) in the form of a conversation (directly or through means of communication) of a person with a psychologist about a problem situation.

Psychological support for applicants for higher education, teachers and staff of KhSAC is carried out on the basis of anonymity, voluntariness and free of charge and in the following areas: career counseling and coaching; assistance in conflict resolution in the educational environment and educational process; assistance in case of problems in training; assistance in solving personal problems.

Psychological support is a short-term process (limited to 1-2 consultations for each person). In case of need for medium or long-term psychological assistance, as well as the help of other specialists, the applicant receives a recommendation to contact the appropriate specialist.

In order to receive psychological support, an applicant for higher education, a teacher, an employee of KSAC can choose a specific specialist, call him personally and agree on a consultation (personal meeting, telephone consultation, Skype - a session or consultation through other means of communication).
