To use the right of admission to study through the CE "Crimea - Ukraine," "Donbass - Ukraine" and KhSAC can persons in accordance with Order of the Ministry of Education and Science No. 271

• completed full secondary education in an educational institution in the temporarily occupied territories of the Autonomous Republic of Crimea and the city of Sevastopol - after February 20, 2014;
• completed full secondary education in certain territories of Ukraine that are part of the Donetsk and Lugansk regions occupied by the Russian Federation (including the occupation administration of the Russian Federation) - after April 07, 2014;
• living in the specified territories or on the territory of settlements on the contact line in accordance with List of settlements on the territory of which state authorities temporarily do not exercise their powers, and the List of settlements located on the contact line,
approved by Order of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine dated February 07, 2014 No. 1085-r (As amended in accordance with the Orders of the Cabinet of Ministers) (hereinafter - the territories of Ukraine temporarily occupied by the Russian Federation), and received a document on complete secondary education in other administrative-territorial units of Ukraine in external or distance form of education;
• moved from the temporarily occupied territory after January 01 to the year of entry.

The above-mentioned persons have the right to enter the training under the state order within quotas-2 according to the results of entrance exams and/or NMT/EIT (in any combinations to choose the applicant (applicant)), that is, apply to the Educational Centers of the Kharkov State Academy of Culture.




• application (for adult applicants) for admission through the CA (to receive an official invitation to participate in the state final certification (hereinafter - the GIA) and/or entrance examinations for admission through the CA "Crimea - Ukraine" and "Donbass - Ukraine"), applicants can send a scanned copy of the application to: pri_kom@xdak.ukr.education;
• application of parents (one of the parents) or other legal representatives (for minor applicants);
• identity document (passport of a citizen of Ukraine, including for traveling abroad), and in his absence - birth certificate along with passports (passport) of parents (one of the parents), which indicates the place of residence in the respective territories;
• to the application submitted in paper form, the applicant adds a declaration with a glued photo;
• a document on education of the state standard (certificate/certificate of complete secondary education of the state standard) and an annex to it (in their absence - a certificate of successful completion of the annual assessment and state final certification of the authorized institution of general secondary education in the year of entry, which is the basis for participation in the competition without submitting NMT/ZNO certificates);
• applicants who do not have a certificate of basic secondary education and are enrolled in an external form of education until grade 11 are entitled to simultaneously pass external certification for a course of basic secondary education and complete general secondary education;
• certificate of successful completion of the annual assessment and GIA authorized institution of general secondary education passes to the CA;
• certificate of registration for an internally displaced person (if any);
• 4 photos measuring 3x4 cm;
• motivation letter according to the Rules of admission to study for higher education at KhSAC.
