INTERNAL ASSURANCE OF THE QUALITY OF EDUCATION

The quality of education is important for the formation of public trust in the institution of higher education (HEI), its attractiveness among potential applicants and competitiveness in the market of educational services. The main mechanisms of ensuring the quality of higher education are state policy, systems of external and internal quality assurance of higher education.

The Academy's system of internal quality assurance of education functions as a dynamic model, the activity of which is implemented on the basis of the principles of academic freedom, autonomy, self-government and self-regulation, mutual demands, trust and initiative, openness, integrity, etc. The purpose, tasks, principles, directions and procedures of the system of internal quality assurance of education are defined in the Regulation on the system of internal quality assurance of educational activities and higher education in the Kharkiv State Academy of Culture.
