The goal of the Center is to solve urgent problems in ensuring the quality of education and innovative development at the Kharkiv State Academy of Culture.

The main objectives of the Center are:

1. Participation in determining the strategic planning and development of the Academy.
2. Study, generalization and dissemination of positive international and domestic experience on educational innovations for internal quality assurance of higher education.
3. Creation of a holistic system of educational monitoring and coordination of this process at the Academy, annual planning of appropriate control measures at all institutional levels of the functioning of the quality assurance system.
4. Advising on self-assessment procedures, monitoring the quality of education and revision of educational programs, training courses in order to improve them and take into account the needs of stakeholders, developing forms of questionnaires (surveys), a system of indicators that characterize the state of educational activity and the quality of higher education.
5. Monitoring compliance with the requirements for attracting students, representatives of employers, leading scientists and practitioners to the formation of the content of educational programs, to participate in the educational process and final certification.
6. Conducting advisory work, organizing scientific and methodological activities (seminars, trainings, round tables, master classes with the participation of scientific, pedagogical and pedagogical workers involved in internal quality assurance of education and educational activities) on topical issues of quality assurance, implementation of educational innovations.
7. Promotion of academic integrity among scientific and pedagogical, pedagogical workers and applicants for higher education.
8. Initiating and coordinating the process of introducing new educational programs in accordance with the current needs of the labor market and consumers of educational services.
