He has been working at KhSAC since 1976.

Teaching activities:
He developed curricula and author's courses, OPP in the specialty "Stage Art". which are indicated in the previous section. He joined the opening at KhSAC of choreographic, television, acting specializations, graduate school in the specialty "Theater Art", magistracy in the specialty "Stage Art". Currently trains applicants for the levels of "Bachelor", "Master".
He developed the OPP and the curriculum "Directing shows and art projects".
Manages the scientific research of masters in full-time and correspondence departments.
As an examiner, he conducts final certification in the specialty at full-time and correspondence departments.
He is the founder of the director's art school of the KSAC in the specialty 026 "Stage Art" (approved by the Academic Council of the KSAC, protocol No. 8 of 26.03.2021), the author of his own methodology for training directors of mass shows, teachers of cultural and art institutions. He raised several generations of students, many of whom became diplomas and laureates of city, all-Ukrainian, state, international festivals of theatrical art, have the honorary titles "Honored Artist of Ukraine", "Honored Worker of Culture of Ukraine", "Excellence in Education of Ukraine".
On the basis of KhSAC he created a stationary educational theater (2000), a student variety theater "Academy" (1999) - Diploma winner and laureate of many international and all-Ukrainian theater festivals.

Administrative activities:
Head of the Department (1996-2024 years), Member of the Council of the Faculty of Stage Art, Member of the Council of KhSAC, Head of the Department of the Kharkiv Interregional Department of NSTSU, Member of the Board of the Kharkiv Interregional Department of NSTSU, Member of the Expert Commissions on Licensing and Accreditation of Universities of I-II and III-IV Accreditation Levels, Member of the Methodological Commission on the Specialty "Stage Art" standards "Bachelor", "Master" of the Ministry of Education and Science of Ukraine (2016-2019 years).
Participates in the work of state examination commissions for the protection of bachelor's and master's studies, the development, design and conclusion of agreements on creative cooperation with art universities of Ukraine.

Scientific and creative achievements, advanced training
Scientific achievements:
1. the main scientific interests associated with the development of problems of theater pedagogy, the study of the achievements of the theater school of Les Kurbas and the acting art of the People's Artist of Ukraine Valentina Chistyakova. Information about scientific and creative work is reflected in numerous publications, Wikipedia of Ukraine, encyclopedic and biobibliographic reference books, which are in the library of KhSAC.
2. Participation in the organization of international and all-Ukrainian scientific conferences, seminars, round tables, thematic exhibitions and evenings in honor of outstanding artists of the Ukrainian scene. Opposition in the defense of dissertations, review of monographs, textbooks and scientific works.
3. Publications on the history and theory of Ukrainian theater, acting and directing, actual problems of modern theater pedagogy, including:
- "Valentina Chistyakova - the legend of the Ukrainian theater" - monograph;
- "From the book collection of Les Kurbas" - catalog (co-authored);
