REGARDING THE FORMATION OF AN INDIVIDUAL EDUCATIONAL TRAJECTORY
APPLICANTS FOR HIGHER EDUCATION OF THE FIRST (BACHELOR) LEVEL
EDUCATIONAL PROGRAM "DIRECTING SHOWS AND ART PROJECTS"

«The individual educational trajectory of the applicant for higher education is a personal way of realizing the personal potential of the applicant for higher education, based on the choice by the applicant for higher education of educational programs, subjects of educational activities that implement them, forms and terms of education, educational components. In higher education, the individual educational trajectory includes, in particular, the sequence of obtaining educational qualifications, academic mobility, recognition of learning results obtained through informal and informative education, etc. The individual educational trajectory is formed by the applicant for higher education, taking into account his abilities, interests, needs, motivation, opportunities and experience".

The purpose of the formation of an individual educational trajectory is to focus on individual opportunities and requests of applicants for higher education, the ability to find and assimilate new knowledge, the adoption of non-standard and responsible decisions in the field of their professional activity, and the constant increase of their own competitiveness in the labor market.

The individual educational trajectory of the applicant for the EPP "Directing Shows and Art Projects" of KhSAC is realized through a free choice of types, forms and pace of higher education, academic disciplines and the level of their complexity, methods and means of education.

The individual educational trajectory of the applicant for the EPP "Directing shows and art projects" KhSAC is determined through its Individual curriculum.

The didactic algorithm for developing an individual educational trajectory consists of several stages:
• Analysis of the needs and opportunities of higher education applicants.
• Define educational goals.
• Select training materials and methods.
• Training planning.
• Implement an individualized educational trajectory.
• Evaluation of results.

Building an individual educational trajectory EPP "Directing shows and art projects" is based on a system of such components:
1) values as benchmarks for self-realization, manifestation and development of their personal qualities, the implementation of individual purpose;
2) motives that determine the interest of applicants for higher education in the effectiveness of training, satisfaction with it; teacher's interest in the development of applicants, the pleasure of communicating with them;
3) the norms underlying the understanding of higher education applicants, responsibility for their studies, the formation of their proper position as a subject of educational activity and a future professional;
4) the goal, personifying the focus on mastering the basics of universal human and professional culture and key competencies (value-semantic, informational, cognitive, communicative, etc.), the teacher's awareness of the right of the applicant for higher education to personal educational purposes;
5) positions of participants in the educational process (the teacher creates conditions for independent teaching, mutual partnership of the teacher and the applicant for education, etc.);
6) forms and methods as democratic, dynamic forms of organization of the educational process, their appropriate combination with an emphasis on the independent work of applicants for education;
7) means (traditional textbooks are supplemented by resources of information and communication systems and mass media);
8) control and assessment, which involves a shift in emphasis on self-control and self-esteem of educational applicants (T. Godavanyuk. Individual training in higher education: monograph. Kyiv: NPU them. M.P. Drahomanov, 2010. 160 p.).

Structural components of the formation of an individual educational trajectory:
• analysis of the curriculum of the educational and professional program (EPP "Directing shows and art projects";
• familiarization with the annotations of the educational components of the EPP;
• analysis of general and special competencies, program results of training of EPP;
• analysis of opportunities for non-formal education of EPP applicants (trainings, webinars, master classes, educational certification courses, etc.);
• analysis of selective educational components;

Ways to form an individual educational trajectory:
• free choice of types of educational activities by the applicant;
• free choice of disciplines that most impress his wishes and ideas about the profession, requests, interests;
• training of applicants for education on an individual work schedule with a combination of it with professional activity;
• participation of applicants for education in academic mobility programs;
• selection of production practice bases;
• participation in scientific conferences, seminars, competitions, competitions, etc.;
• choice of topics and creative project manager;
• non-formal education: passing certification courses to form additional professional competencies.


The election of selective disciplines is regulated by the Regulation on the procedure and conditions for the election of applicants for higher education of the Kharkov State Academy of Culture selective disciplines (as amended)
