Kharkiv State Academy of Culture took part in the All-Ukrainian Inter-University Career Marathon for Education Applicants and Graduates "Time to Work 2024". 13 universities and more than 50 employers joined the career growth event, including SoftServe, Deloitte, MEDIAHEAD, EY, Arterium, Boeing, Forvis Mazars, Goodvalley, DiXi Group, Sayenko Ka harenko, Infineon Technologies, Barcom, MGI PSP Audit, TA-DA!, Epicenter, Enzym Company, Network Rights, Melexis and many others. About the workshop "Useful skills for graduate employment"

September 26, 2024 workshop "Useful Skills for Graduates" within the framework of cooperation between the Kharkiv Regional Employment Center and the Kharkiv State Academy of Culture was held in online format. The event brought together more than a hundred participants - applicants for higher education, scientific and pedagogical workers of KhSAC, leading specialists of the Employment Center and other interested parties. The director of the Kharkiv Regional Employment Center Oleksandr KOTUKOV and acting rector of KhSAC, Doctor of Art History, Associate Professor Natalia RYABUKHA made a welcoming speech, emphasizing the need for further cooperation between KhSAC and the Employment Center, the importance of training highly qualified specialists and their employment and preserving the educational and scientific potential of Kharkov and the region. The moderator of the event was the vice-rector for scientific, pedagogical and career guidance Marina ZHIGAILO. Leading consultant on the implementation of projects of the Kharkiv Regional Employment Center Victoria BODAR, highlighted the issue of providing state grants to open her own business. Elena PUTINCIVA - a leading specialist in career guidance, acquainted the participants with the peculiarities of forming a resume and cover letter and other relevant issues related to the first steps in the employment of graduates of higher education institutions.

About the meeting of the acting rector N. RYABUKHA with the director of the KhOTSZ and the head of the URPZ

June 07, 2024 the Kharkiv State Academy of Culture hosted a meeting of acting rector Natalia RYABUKHA, vice-rector for scientific, pedagogical and career guidance Marina ZHIGAILO with the director of the Kharkiv Regional Employment Center Alexander KOTUKOV and the head of the employment policy implementation department Inna PROKHORENKO. Within the framework of the meeting, the main vectors of cooperation between KhSAC and the Kharkiv Regional Employment Center were outlined, among which special attention was paid to the issues of employment of KhSAC graduates, in particular, the provision of grants for creating or developing their own business, the implementation of the Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine on issuing vouchers to maintain the competitiveness of certain categories of citizens in the labor market during the 2024 admission campaign, etc. Following the meeting, a memorandum of cooperation was signed between the Kharkiv State Academy of Culture and the Kharkiv Regional Employment Center, whose purpose is to work together to ensure the provision of effective social services to applicants for higher education, promoting social and professional mobility of KhSAC graduates, motivation for employment in Ukraine and providing information assistance on employment promotion, organizing vocational training through a voucher, etc.

Meeting of applicants of the Department of Directing of KhSAC with stakeholders

June 6, 2024 a creative meeting with the performer, director, curator, candidate of art history, serviceman Elena APCHEL on the topic "Defense of culture during the war. Challenges and meanings". Teachers and applicants for education of the Kharkiv State Academy of Culture took an active part in the discussion and discussion of the actual problem. Elena APCHEL shared her unique experience of highlighting the role of culture in wartime. She stressed the importance of preserving cultural heritage and supporting cultural initiatives during the war, and also drew attention to the challenges that artists face in these conditions. The speaker emphasized the importance of cultural resistance as part of the overall defense and support of the national spirit. Meeting of applicants of the Department of Directing of KhSAC with stakeholders

On April 22, 2024, a round table "Directing as a Business. Is this possible?" Oleksandra Blinkova is the director of Theatre "057", a member of NSTSU. The full-length documentary film by Kharkiv citizen Mstislav Chernov "20 Days in Mariupol" received an Oscar in the nomination "Best Documentary". As part of the crew was our graduate in Journalism - Vasilisa Stepanenko. "Oscar" was another well-deserved recognition of the team of journalists who told the world the story of the first days of the defense and then the occupation of Mariupol. The film received a large number of the most prestigious Ukrainian and international awards. On the eve of Mstislav Chernov, Vasilisa Stepanenko, Yevgeniy Maloletka received the National Prize of Ukraine named after T. Shevchenko for a series of journalistic materials about the siege of Mariupol (reports, photos and video reports, investigations and the film "20 Days in Mariupol". Congratulations to them!

at the Department of Management of Culture and Social Technologies

February 13, 2024 At the Department of Management of Culture and Social Technologies of the Kharkiv State Academy of Culture, a master class "Being Useful and Inspiring" was held. It was conducted by project management expert Irina Drazman. The organizer and moderator of the event is the head of the Department of Management of Culture and Social Technologies Gennady Afenchenko. The master class was attended by applicants for the specialties "Management of Sociocultural Activities" and "Journalism" and teachers of KhSAC. The main topic was "Preparation and organization of socio-cultural events". Applicants and teachers found out the methodology and technological methods of event design from a specialist practitioner - Irina Drazman. The participants realized that the main thing in organizing events is the idea, the concept of the event, which is based on the desire to be useful to the target audience, which needs attention and help, and not the project budget at all. As the speaker noted, a project management specialist should carefully plan all the elements and understand many issues of event activity - from sociology and psychology to accounting and SMM. The meeting was held in the form of dialogue. The atmosphere was pleasant and friendly. Participants actively asked questions to Ms. Irina. At the end of the meeting, the participants noted that the implementation of socio-cultural projects as a result inspires and gives self-confidence and a desire to gain the necessary knowledge for their future professional activities. November 28, 2023. within the framework of the project "Options for a professional career of a psychologist": a series of lectures-meetings with psychologists-specialists in various fields of the Department of Psychology, Pedagogy and Philology of KhSAC, a meeting was held with Andrei RYBALKO - Master of Psychology, who has experience in the Military Medical Clinical Center of the Northern Region, the Department of Psychological Rehabilitation (practical psychologist), as well as in the Kharkov Scientific Research Institute of Forensic Expertise ass.
